Made only during the jackfruit harvest. Ripe jackfruit bulbs are gently fried until they turn deep amber, with the natural sweetness of the fruit caramelised into every crisp.
Preparation
Hand-separated jackfruit bulbs, slow-fried in coconut oil, no added sugar.
